Customers must provide accurate and complete contact, billing, and delivery details while placing an order. ShineForLess is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer. Product colours shown on the website may slightly vary due to lighting conditions, photography, or individual screen settings. Prices, offers, and product availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email or message will be sent to you. This confirmation does not guarantee order acceptance. ShineForLess reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

All images, text, logos, designs, and other content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of ShineForLess. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, or distribution of website content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShineForLess shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, even if ShineForLess has been advised of the possibility of such damages. These Terms & Policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

To use our website and services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 working days from order confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on the customer’s location within India. We use trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and others. Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or email. ShineForLess is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen logistical issues.

Return & Refund Policy

As we deal in fashion jewellery, ShineForLess follows a limited return policy. Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email, along with a clear unboxing video as proof. Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

All return requests are subject to verification and approval. Pickup will be arranged where serviceable; otherwise, customers will be required to self-ship the product. After inspection, an eligible replacement or store credit will be issued. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

Used items, customer-damaged products, free gifts, and size-related issues are not eligible for return. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Any free gift received with an order must be returned along with the product.

Payment Policy

We accept payments through Razorpay, UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards. The minimum order value required to place an order on ShineForLess is ₹199. Orders below this amount cannot be processed. Any payment failures are automatically refunded by the payment provider as per their timelines.
